Writing Submission Guidelines
MCC Newsletter welcomes thoughtful, respectful, and community-focused writing. Submissions may be edited for clarity, length, formatting, and publication suitability.
Article Types
- Feature articles: 1200–2500 words
- Personal essays: 800–1500 words
- Short reflections or poetry: 200–800 words
- Community stories: 300–1000 words
Topics We Welcome
- Qur’an, Hadith, and spiritual reflection
- Hajj, Ramadan, Eid, and Islamic seasons
- Muslim life in Canada
- Youth, family, service, and community work
Requirements
- Original, unpublished work
- Clear references where applicable
- Respectful public language
- No private information without permission
The editorial team will review submissions and contact selected contributors. Submission does not guarantee publication.
